We believe in the power of lifelong exercise to maximize function, health, and quality of life. But we recognize the many challenges that patients face accessing a busy gym, determining the best exercise program, and using equipment safely. We want to help you move beyond those problems and offer you the means to improve your health.
Available Exercise Classes
We offer a variety of opportunities for our patients to continue exercising after therapy. Whether you need individualized training with our exercise physiologist or the motivation provided by group classes, the fitness programs offered at the NeuroRehab and Balance Center have something to help you.
